Relationship Management/Business Development Analyst
This role provides a unique opportunity to interact with sophisticated investment advisors, investment consulting firms and ultra-high net worth clients nationwide. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, self-motivated, highly organized, analytical, and intellectually curious, while possessing the drive to grow professionally within the firm. Additionally, the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally is essential.
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
- This position requires a dynamic, confident professional who can:
- Synthesize complex information into client ready presentations and communications
- Assist with monthly and quarterly client performance reporting reviews
- Manage external consulting firm databases, ensuring data is accurately reported in multiple databases in a timely fashion
- Complete and maintain the firm’s due diligence questionnaires and RFPs, and oversee monthly/annual DDQ processes
- Conduct research on the firm’s clients, potential clients, and competitors, as well as various strategies employed in the fixed income market
- Support investment professionals with the analysis of prospective client portfolios
- o Actively participate in weekly meetings with the relationship management, portfolio management and business development teams
- Contribute to the effective distribution of complex and proprietary products and investment strategies
Competencies
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and communicate information effectively in internal and external presentations
- Have an ability to contribute to strategic projects, and work collaboratively and co-operatively across many key groups of the firm
- Solid presentation skills both on the telephone and in-person
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Education:
- BA/BS degree required; Economics, Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
Compensation:
Starting base salary range is commensurate with experience. Bonus is based on performance.
