Relationship Manager – Investment Management Securities Services
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Securities Services relationships within the North America alternative investments community
• Overall responsibility for client satisfaction with existing products and services for key global and local accounts.
• Consistent, productive, and positive maintenance of senior level client interactions including routine service reviews, new product introductions, and relationship expansion/additional revenue generation.
• Through a consultative sales approach, understand client needs, identify opportunities and develop solutions in line with the bank’s strengths and capabilities
• Interface and collaborate with global relationship managers on ex-US client accounts
• Execute the US Strategy in concert with Product and Operations.
• Manage specific local Client Service Manager(s) as required
Requirements:
• 7+ years of sales/relationship management experience in securities services sales
• Established book of business and contacts with Asset Managers/ Hedge Fund/Alternative Investments; leverage those contacts to generate sales opportunities
• Proven track record in New Business acquisition and achievement in Revenue growth targets.
• Strong sales and advisory skills with experience in structuring complex Global solutions
• Leadership and effective communication skills with an ability to quickly establish high credibility with internal business partners and client base.
• Strong product and industry knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA Preferred.
