The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to drive increased profitability by winning new to ANZ customers and increasing ANZ's share of wallet for existing customers.
Skills, Knowledge Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to originate new customers
- Extensive knowledge of the entire ANZ range of products and services and ability to introduce product specialists where appropriate
- Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
- Excellent customer focus
- Strong understanding of the Business Owner Agenda and ability to translate and implement into daily activities
- Proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
