Relationship Manager Alternative Investments recruitment
This stand alone role ensures the client satification of alternatives investment clients in Asia, and will co-ordinating between sales, client and client services teams teams with the primary objective to increase revenues on a client by client basis. This individual will act as a client relationship manager for complex client relationships.
- Work with the alternatives investment sales to provide proposals, pricing for new launches
- Initiate ongoing dialogue with clients in order to understand changes or potential changes to the clients business.
- Ensure quality of launch/ conversions for new clients, ensuing the accuracy of service level descriptions and acting as an escalation point for service related issues.
- Recognise new business and cross sell bank products
- Manage KYC, account openings, billing, tax and other client documentation requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in relationship management within Treasury, trust or hedge funds, fluent English and ideally Cantonese and Mandarin skills.
