RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT recruitment
Roles/Responsibilities
- Our client is a tier-1 Global Financial Institution specialized in Credit Card business and for its Tokyo branch office is now recruiting for a Relationship Manager / Business Development Associate.
- The main responsibilities of the role are:
- - Develop and implement account plans incorporating clients’ business objectives/needs
- - Develop, enhance and maintain relationships with clients to influence over actions to achieve revenue/profit targets
- - Conduct business research and analysis on the clients business, their strengths and business focus from a financial, operational, competitive and industry perspective
- - Collaborate with and lead internal teams to meet specific client requests
- - Collaborate with AP functional teams to develop client value propositions for country level implementation in order to grow payment volume and revenues
Required Skill
- 2 to 5 years of experience and proven track record in a similar role
- Tier-1 Educational/Academic Background
- strong account / financial management experience, project management experience is a plus
Preferred skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- MBA / equivalent academic background

- Ability to provide a prime class client service
- Good personality, ability to work in team
