Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking - Offshore
We are working with a large well known banking group for the recruitment of an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to their office in the Cayman Islands. This is a key role for this organisation and they need a strong sales person as the client portfolio is of a complex nature.
You will be responsible for developing a business program and marketing a product portfolio to clients in order to meet service and sales objectives. You will be assessing the operational risk in the business taking into account the changing market, economy and regulatory requirements and have the ability to grow and develop your client portfolio.
Requirements:
- University degree professional qualification
- 5+ years experience within Relationship Management/Business Development or Sales Management experience
- 3+ years as a relationship Manager with Corporate clients
- Thorough knowledge of banking products and services in: Funds and Captive Insurance (letters of credit, custody, investments and global market products)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deliver creative customer solutions
- Familiarity with CRM sales tools
- Ability to conduct needs based sales analysis including investment management opportunities
- Strong managerial skills
