RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CORPORATE CLIENTS) recruitment
Roles/Responsibilities
Our client is a leading international commercial bank, listed on stock exchanges in Europe and Asia and an exciting position is currently available within the corporate department. The main responsibilities of the role are:
- To proactively manage existing and prospective corporate clients (Japanese clients and Non-Japanese clients);.
- Business development and business penetration within prospective clients , as well as improvement of current business flow with existing clients;
- - action as a conduit of information on customer preferences, specific product feedback and future product requirements to product sales colleagues.
- - working closely with RMs in other countries to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing and product positioning;
- - managing credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to bank’s policies in place;
Required skill
- 5-7 year experience in corporate banking environment (preferably overseas, international business);
- Strong understanding of bank products and capabilities, Corporate Finance. Structured Finance Knowledge preferable and knowledgeable of key industry trends where applicable and its related implications on the business/clients;
- Native Japanese / business English is required;
Preferred skill
- Background in Trade-Finance;
- Strong credit skills
- Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment
