Relationship Manager - Corporate Superannuation

This client is a wealth management business offering a wide range of financial products. They work with retail and corporate customers and have a large distribution network across Australia. Being one of the largest corporate superannuation providers in Australia they offer plans for large and small companies, provide member education and services, and planner and employer support.

There is currently an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Superannuation Relationship Manager to join the team in Sydney. In this role you will work across a broad external group of stakeholders including planners, consultants and corporate clients while maintaining relationships internally with product managers and BDM's. The main focus of the role is to retain and grow corporate business, by increasing assets under management and the number of members in the Corporate Superannuation Plans.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* To retain and grow corporate business, by increasing assets under management and the no of members in our Corporate Superannuation Plans.
* To build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and work closely with consultants and professional actuarial practices to construct employer sponsored solutions.
* To partner with Independent Financial Planners and their clients to grow and retain their Corporate Superannuation plans.
* To develop and execute a Business Plan in respect of the retention and growth targets
* To create greater bonds between the business and the industry consultants through successful relationship management and delivery of timely accurate responses.
* To develop and maintain strong multi level relationships with strategic corporate clients and other consultants and intermediaries who provide consulting services for corporate clients.
* To coordinate and deliver education to members

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Corporate Superannuation market in Australia. You will have an established network across the consultant market and have expert knowledge of superannuation legislation and industry trends. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. This is an opportunity to join a market leader in an established team and established portfolio.
