Relationship Manager – Corporate/Commercial Banking recruitment
Relationship Managers work with each client proactively to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs. The team offers solutions, insights and the banking support needed to grow their businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression and growth. The focus being on managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, you will work towards growing the business through product volume, new customer acquisition and increasing the number of products held per customer. You will also collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the customer whilst minimizing all potential risks to the bank.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience within a Corporate/Commercial Banking environment.
• Dealing with Mid Cap clients previously is plus.
• Must be comfortable and understand disciplines of credit, risk, and balance sheets.
• Previous experience from a top tier multinational bank is preferred
• Being able to make an impact quickly and emerge as a leader within the team
• Excellent communication skills in English Cantonese are a MUST, Mandarin preferred.
