Our client is an expanding international Securities Services provider supporting clients on services such as custody services, fund administration, trustee services, etc. Currently the firm is undergoing significant growth in Hong Kong and Asia and a newly created opportunity Asia region.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Development, you will act as an expert in managing the delivery of custody and fund administration services to global clients and international asset managers for their Asia operations, managing client relationships, understanding clients' needs / strategies and providing them with recommendations on the types of services the firm could provide. You will facilitate planning sessions to develop new solutions to meet clients' needs, identify and create opportunities for enhancing client relationships through new products / services, cross-sell products / services, close new deals and ensure smooth delivery of new services. You will also act as a consultant to clients on emerging issues, regulatory and tax changes, services impacts on clients' activities. In addition, you will also manage client profitability, develop pricing strategies and work with Sales team to enhance profitability on existing clients.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum 10 years relevant Relationship Management experience in Securities Services with particular focus on Custody Services, Corporate Trusts and Fund Administration
- Working knowledge of asset services and related segment-specific issues
- Solid experience in managing clients at C-level
- Experience in sales, RFP, contract negotiation would be highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ideally Mandarin
