Relationship Manager (Global Financial Institution Business Banking)

This role is responsible for selling credit and cash management products and services to small and medium sized business/commercial clients, referred to us by our Global Financial Institution (GFI) clients. You will work closely with GFI Relationship Managers in order to develop client relationships, to go on joint calls, and to structure and close banking deals. Other duties include: representing the bank in developing and maintaining existing client relationships and generating additional revenues through cross-sell activities; active participation in the completion of major transactions with the top management officers of the bank for critical/complex clients; attending conferences; making presentations to clients in order to market Wells Fargo's value proposition and services. The position must be located in New York City, and will involve both domestic and international travel. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years account relationship management experience. Minimum Qualifications: Account relationship management, investment banking or commercial middle-market banking experience, including strong commercial credit experience. -6+ years of previous experience in structuring, documenting and closing sales on mid-market commercial credit and cash management solutions. -Ability to demonstrate business/commercial credit skills are essential. -Prior experience selling treasury management, cash management products and services is essential. -Must be bilingual.
