ANZ's commercial banking division has an aspiration to become the leading Corporate and Commercial Bank in Australia by 2015. In line with this strategy, we are growing our Regional Business Banking team to reach our goal of the acquisition of new-to-bank customers, attract larger customers and enhance their share of wallet with ANZ.
As a Relationship Manager you will generate new business within the SME market from your existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of your clients businesses, you will grow your portfolio including growing revenue, deposits and share of wallet.
We seek an experienced business or retail banker with demonstrated customer management and relationship management skills. You will have proven lending experience with solid credit skills, coupled with the drive to succeed. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills are essential, along with an ability to negotiate and influence positively. You will have a demonstrated external network and will have an interest in attracting new to bank customers via business development and leveraging off your network.
