Relationship Manager – Information Provider recruitment
Our client is a well-known international information provider. They have presence in all key global financial markets with their Asia headquarters based in Hong Kong. Due to recent growth they are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to joint the CRM team to manage a portfolio of top-tier financial services clients across the APAC region.
Reporting into the Team Director, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for the management and training of an allocated portfolio of clients, predominantly from the financial services sector, including I-banks, Asset Managers, Corporate Finance and Private Equity Firms in addition to corporate clients. The Relationship Manager will help drive activity of the products by engaging with existing clients and managing trials. In addition they will act as the key point of contact for providing product information and training via face to face meetings, phone calls and video conference. Furthermore the Relationship Manager will be responsible for the annual subscription renewal of the client and up selling on any new product offerings.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with at least 2 years in account management or CRM from within the financial or corporate sector or an Information Provider. The candidate should have the basic knowledge and an interest in the financial services sector. In addition they have the demonstrated ability to independently manage client accounts and present confidently to clients. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, is a team player and commercially minded. They will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work well in a faced based, multi-national environment. Native English required with spoken fluent Cantonese and/or Putonghua.
