We currently have an opening in our Westwood, MA office for a Relationship Manager:
Serving as the primary contact for specified NYL RPS clients ensuring all relationship issues are addressed professionally and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring overall client satisfaction and preserve and expanding all assigned client relationships. This person would be responsible for our southern territory (North Carolina to Texas and down to Florida). 30% travel is required.
Qualifications:
Specific responsibilities: establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all client employees who are involved with the retirement program, developing and delivering an annual business plan, arranging and conducting client meetings, overseeing all non-administrative client projects, communicating and guiding implementation of new products and services, cross selling appropriate NYL RPS products, participating in prospect meetings, final presentations and site visits, working effectively with internal service team members and serving as back up to other Relationship Managers.
Experience/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years experience in retirement plans
• Breadth of experience is important, particularly investment knowledge
• Relationship Management experience preferred
• Series 6 and 63 Licenses
• Experience with sales and selling investment related products
• Strong investment background
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Project management skills
• Ability to guide the activities of others who do not report to the RM
• Ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Mastery of Microsoft Office
