The Relationship Manager is responsible for actively managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through client aquistion, cross-sell and referrals. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to ANZ.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• General Relationship management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of small / medium business needs and expectations
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit assessment skills, and background of sound business lending
• Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
• Ability to work autonomously, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus
