We are looking for a Relationship Manager (m/f) Based in Frankfurt, Germany
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the business of Worldwide Securities Services and be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, owning and building client relationships
- Manage client profitability and focus on development and maintenance of a strong pipeline for assigned clients
- Manage all contractual, product and service-related aspects as well as credit, risk and compliance matters of the overall relationship with Worldwide Securities Services clients
- Actively seek for opportunities to strengthen and expand the relationship and drive cross-selling efforts for the wide array of additional J.P. Morgan products and services
- Ensure that the client is fully referencable for all products as well as services and achieve client retention
- Cooperate with Product Managers as well as Operations, Client Services and Technology to ensure consistency with relationship management strategy and to optimize product and service delivery to the client
- Administration of clients in respective client management tools
Professional Profile:
- Extensive experience of several years within the Investment Management Industry and/ or Client Management role; ideally experience on managing complex relationships
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Global Custody and in particular the German Special und Mutual Funds Market and related products
- University / Business school degree and/ or Bank Apprenticeship and experience within Depotbank or KAG (Kapitalanlagegesellschaft)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Personal Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Capable to interact with senior contacts on client side as well as with internal senior representatives
- High grade of flexibility in order to be capable of problem solving in a number of different areas
- Excellent teamplayer as well as being able to work independently
