The Company
Our client is a foreign bank - one of the largest in its home country. They focus on retail, private and corporate banking.
The Role
Reporting to the Head, you will be relationship manager to a portfolio of expatriate retail and private banking customers based in Singapore, and you will be responsible for increasing the retention rate and share of wallet for existing customers, as well as acquire new customers by provision of high quality service, matching financial solutions with customer needs and goals, and fostering quality internal referrals from existing customers. You will also maximise income generation in order to meet individual and department yearly budget.
Your Profile
You will have strong experience as a relationship manager in a personal / priority banking environment. Ideally, you will have experience dealing with offshore / expatriate clients from outside Asia.
