Relationship Manager Payments Platform recruitment

 The Partnership Executive is also responsible for growing business through managing and developing existing channel partnerships and managing the day to day operations for both Card Present and Card not Present merchants.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the relationship with current partners/ channels within Europe based on revenue opportunity and technical ability

Coordinate the on boarding and implementation of new partners and work closely with their sales/technical organization to understand the business, support the technical implementation and manage / support the relationship after launch

Support in any or all activities related to new customers and partners: integration advisory in sales process and manage international customer projects from an integration point of view

Communicate with external vendors in the payment industry

Manage the integration process by defining work procedures and managing KPI’s and SLA’s. Also responsible for reporting activities in available systems

Identifying, advising and assist in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures

Work closely with internal departments to provide and coordinate service and new product initiatives to the partners / channels.

Areas include but not limited to Product Development, Risk, Operations, Legal and Sales.

Administration related to partnership revenue and administration in general

Optimize the current day to day operational engagement with the partners.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives

Good commercial and administration skills

Ability to articulate complex issues clearly to internal management, internal departments and partners/ channels

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher

Minimum of 7 years experience in the online payment industry

Knowledge of eCommerce, platforms and online payment industry

Strong commercial background, proven sales ability including pricing, relationship building and management, consultative selling

Experience in managing projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Required Skills:

Fluency and excellent writing skills in English.

Advanced computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access)
