Working within Regional Business Banking, the role is responsible for actively managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to ANZ. The clients are a range of agri clients, including vegetable and poultry.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
• 5-6 years experience in an agribusiness relationship management role within financial services
• Demonstrated understanding of small / medium business needs and expectations
• Excellent credit/ risk assessment skills gained through relevant banking experience
• Financial modelling skills
• People Management experience
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
