The Relationship Manager is responsible for actively growing a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and personal networks. The Relationship Manager will have a strong understanding of the performance history and future plans of each portfolio in order to provide sound advice to their clients. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks to ANZ.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Relationship management experience
- Knowledge of property industry
- Demonstrated ability to originate new customers
- Demonstrated people management and coaching skills
