ANZ's commercial banking division has an aspiration to become the leading Corporate and Commercial Bank in Australia by 2015. In line with this strategy, we are growing our Business Banking team to reach our goal of the acquisition of new-to-bank customers, attract larger customers and enhance their share of wallet with ANZ. As a Relationship Manager, you will generate new business within the SME market from your existing client portfolio, whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of your clients businesses, you will grow your portfolio including growing revenue, deposits and share of wallet.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
• 5-6 years experience in a relationship management role within financial services
• Strong sales background and interest/exposure in property sector
• Excellent credit/ risk assessment skills gained through relevant banking experience
• Financial modelling skills
• People Management experience
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
