Relationship Manager recruitment
Crow Holdings Capital Partners, L.L.C., seeks an experienced investment professional for an investment platform that operates private equity investments, pooled and comingled liquid investment funds, and makes direct investments in public and private securities. This is an exciting new position for the firm and represents an opportunity for professionals who enjoy the capital markets and working as a liaison to intermediaries and partners.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide service and support functions directly related to Portfolio Manager.
- Primary point of contact with investment partners and advisors.
- Develop and maintain strong investment partner relationships.
- Work closely with senior members of the Investment Group implementing the overall business and investment strategy.
- Work well with outside service providers to develop, understand and manage internal and external policies and procedures.
- Manage advisory and principal investment implementation and rebalancing.
- Plan and manage documentation and funding of new partner relationships.
- Manage cash balances and security settlements across all partner relationships.
- Manage and oversee partner reporting.
- Execute, process and reconcile all investment and trading transactions.
- Maintain meticulous notes/files on all transactions and correspondence with investment partners.
Qualifications for consideration:
- 5+ years relevant work experience with demonstrated subject-matter knowledge of investment management business.
- Up-tempo work style and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Can adjust to changing priorities while managing multiple projects and timelines, while considering the urgency and sensitivity of the market.
- Strong self-starting and organizational skills; ability to manage time and resources to see projects to completion.
- Highly proficient in MS Office - Access, Excel, Word, Power Point – and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to provide creative solutions.
- Impeccable attention to detail. Consistently produces quality, on-time work product and is accountable for results.
- Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and collaborates effectively with other team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Resolves issues professionally while managing business relationships.
- Intuitive sense of honesty and highest ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
