Relationship Manager recruitment
Our clients include local, regional and international banks seeking Senior Level Relationship Managers who are highly driven and independent to succeed in the Commercial Banking market segment. Candidates should ideally have minimum 3 years experience. We have a number of positions from senior Relationship Managers’ to Team Heads covering different segments such as SME, Middle Market, Local Corporate MNCs.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include acquiring business clients with lending propositions in the areas of global markets, cash management, working capital loans and trade. You will also be exposed extensively to the local markets with an array of marketing, product, pre- and post-sales support to help you succeed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
• Should have a deep understanding of the markets with 3 years' proven sales experience. Must have Singapore/ Asia experience.
• Should display ability for multi-product sales with an understanding of banking products (assets and liabilities).
• Ability to balance priorities between delivering sales targets and KYC/AML/credit requirements of the franchise as required.
