Relationship Manager recruitment
Our client, a global leader in the provision of post trade management solutions, is renowned for being an operations expert. Their product automates trade life cycle events, including allocation, confirmation and settlement notification between trade counterparties. Due to growth in the APAC region, a unique opportunity has been created for a Relationship Manager in the Singapore office. Reporting into the Head of the Relationship Management team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Increase revenue growth within territory. Will carry a revenue target.
- Develop and grow client community.
- Maintain close working relationships with clients.
- Gather data on key trading counter parties from live clients and gain leads through sales process.
- Liaise with the sales team and stimulate volume growth.
- Ensure that potential sales leads are researched, identified, communicated to sales team and status is continuously monitored.
- Proactively monitor client trade volume trends and live client status, and ensure that volumes are maximized.
- Liaise with marketing team to assist in marketing campaigns and communication of sales leads.
- Proactively contact and schedule monthly meetings (minimum) with clients.
- Create call reports for account visits.
- Build account plans for named accounts
- Maintain and update CRM for calls and account visits.
- Work with RMs in other locations globally to manage accounts consistently across the globe, and leverage off activity taking place in other locations.
To succeed in this role, you will have more than 5 years experience in a Relationship Management role, and more than 5 years in the Financial Services industry. You will understand the banking industry, and the dynamics of selling solutions into back and middle office banking environments. You will enjoy the challenge of solutions based account management, and have experience working with a top financial vendor in the Australian or Asian markets.
