Relationship Manager (Southampton) recruitment
The role holder will be supporting a number of Relationship Directors and their role will be to help them develop new client relationships as well as pro-actively manage their existing customers.
You will have previously worked in either Commercial or Corporate Banking and will have a track record of providing exceptional customer service and will be comfortable providing guidance around the Bank's products and Services. You will also be expected to assist the Relationship Director and the business to help them achieve their financial targets.
Role Requirements
- Support the Relationship Directors in meeting their financial targets.
- Maintaining customer files and ensuring that they are compliant.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross sell a range of Bank products as well as supporting the origination of core banking products such as lending, current account, deposit, and money transmissions.
- Support and maintain the existing Bank's KBI network
- Help support the Relationship Director by preparing applications for Credit
- Support all customer reviews.
- Work with the Relationship Director to prepare for and undertake annual customer reviews.
Individual Requirements
- Previous experience of working in either a Corporate or Commercial Banking environment
- Strong understanding of Risk and Credit processes
- Knowledge of Compliance and Regulation
- Have an understanding of company accounts (i.e. PL and Balance sheet)
- Analytical and numerate
Salary: Circa £30k
