Relationship Manager – Thailand recruitment

Job scope:

• Overall responsibility for managing a small team of client relationship employees

• Responsible for overall relationship management of assigned accounts, proactive account planning ongoing contact initiatives for larger customers, product development and crossselling/marketing/up-selling across different divisions

• Build and enhance current relationships with key clients as well as developing potential future pipelines.

• Maintain the highest level of client contact ultimate responsibility for the company’s relationship with and retention of existing accounts.

• Maintain direct client contact on the most significant or sensitive client relationships for contract negotiation, problem resolution, etc.

Successful candidate:

• Minimum 10 years in the financial services industry including minimum of 5 years of experience in CUSTODY essential.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai are essential
