The Melbourne business banking team are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Account Manager to join one of the growing industry specialist teams. In this role you will utilise your strong relationship management and sales skills to partner with clients to deliver superior banking solutions as well as analytically and strategically assess the needs of their business.
You will:
- Have relevant experience in a Relationship Manager role (preferably 5yrs +) in a business/commercial banking environment
- Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications (commerce/finance)
- Have the ability to analyse complex financial data and draw conclusions
- Show initiative and drive
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with clients
