As a Relationship Manager / Director you will come in and focus on the business development and marketing of the bank’s products to small / medium large companies (mainly those with turnover over £2.5m to £150 million). Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• A proven track record in business development and relationship management within Commercial Corporate Banking, and the ability to demonstrate broad knowledge of all aspects of this as it relates to the target customers.

• Substantial evidence of experience in lending, including demonstrable experience as a principal. . 

• Specific experience in lending to Corporatecommercial companies, and in driving the credit analysis for such deals. 

• Ability to identify issues in credit analysis of organisations and to structure transactions to mitigate these. 

• Demonstrable experience of managing and exceeding targets within Corporate and Commercial clients.

• To extend and develop business with existing customers, aiming for an average of 3 products and for a primary banking relationship.

• Understanding the needs of customers and prospective customers in depth, and to work with them to find effective solutions to their business issues.
