Relationship Managers Onshore Priority – Foreign Banks recruitment
Responsibilities:
Relationship managers are core to our customer proposition and are responsible for growing business by thoroughly understanding our customers' needs, and matching these needs to the appropriate products and services. Successful Relationship Managers and Directors are typically very active in the community and strive to better educate existing and potential customers about how a solution can help them prepare for future life events, achieve their financial goals, and protect their wealth.
You will be responsible for:
- Growing and strengthening the wealth of high net-worth individuals and their families
- Provide a differentiated suite of financial analysis and advise to meet the investment needs and objectives of this group of sophisticated clients
- Partner with an experienced team of product specialists, and with support from teams of innovative treasury sales and dedicated administrative staff members, offer expert guidance on customized solutions to customers, and provide them with professional service for all their banking, borrowing and investment needs
- Proactively cross-sell bank services as well as wealth management products to increase the customers’ product holding with the bank.
- Participate in providing good feedback to product and stakeholders in shaping relevant services and product to customers
- Embrace service excellence by enhancing the customer experience, highlighting customers’ needs and existing deficiencies with the bank to gain their loyalty and build relationship
- Develop close rapport with internal stakeholders, be a team player and assist line manager to improve overall customer satisfaction, experience and productivity level.
- Protect the Bank’s interest in the area of risk and fraud and ensure operational efficiency by adhering to its internal control standards, including internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- We are seeking individuals with experience and networks in the local Singaporean community and/or NRI community in Singapore
Requirements:
• Candidates with at least 4-8 years of experience in retail banking with direct relationship management servicing experience. Candidates with exceptional insurance industry or mortgages sales track record can be considered.
• Must possess an outgoing disposition and CMFAS 1B, 5, 6, 8, 9 and HI module.
• Good understanding of the investment, treasury and insurance products is essential to the success of this role.
• A go get attitude together with a customer focused mindset is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong networks amongst the HNI community in Singapore and MUST have SIngapore market experience
