Relationship Support Manager – Corporate Banking recruitment
An internationally recognised Institution with a solid and trusting reputation Worldwide is looking to grow there already successful team and add a new Relationship Support Manager. The company is a leader in its field and prides itself on building and maintaining successful relationship.
Reporting to the Corporate Director and working alongside Relationship Directors.
Sales and Service
- Assist Relationship Director on a daily basis
- Build relationships with prospective new clients
- Assist and have a solid input into the Customer Relationship Plan
- Maintain relations with local business through support and regular advice
- Work closely with Research Manager to identify potential new clients
- Gain knowledge and increase expertise through regular contact with all areas of the Group
- Track and monitor potential leads on banking tracking systems
- Prepare presentations and attend customer meetings
- Make informed recommendations to the Relationship Director in order to improve customer services
- Become and act as product champion by gaining expertise in the product
- Manage large structured transactions by keeping close contact with credit teams
- Sell products to customers at short notice
- Keep regular contact with customers, ensuring all queries are resolved in time and in the most effective manner
Business Management
- Learn processes involved in other areas of the group with regards the setup of new and existing products
- Add customer and product details to relevant banking system
- Regular customer visits required to understand and gather knowledge on customers needs and wants
- Ad hoc administration duties in order to assist the smooth running of the team
Team Work
- Support, train and be seen as a knowledge base for other team members
- Improve and develop standards both nationally and internationally.
- Become an integral part of the team
Requirements
- Strong business skills and customer awareness
- Solid IT knowledge
- 3-4 years in a banking environment
- Ambitious and confident
- Knowledge of a wide range of banking products
- Legislation awareness
- Masters / Degree
- Professional qualification a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
