Relationship Team Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the client relationship team - structure, strategy, process, procedure and all client interaction
• Manage Relationship Managers, set targets and goals. Provide training, mentorship, clear career path and guidance to achieve defined goals.
• Identify key sponsors in each account and ensure that the company has a deep and productive relationship with each key client.
• Understand all clients’ needs and requirements and formulate a strategy and plan for the entire relationship team
Requirement
• Bachelors degree in related discipline or above
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
• 8-10 years of experience in working in a client facing role, of which 2 years in management position. Candidate with less experience will be considered for Relationship Manager Position
• Experience in proactively managing client relationships
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Understanding of financial markets
