Release Cluster Manager – Cross Asset – Investment Bank recruitment
My Client, a Investment Bank, are currently seeking a application Release Cluster Manager to join their Change the Bank (CtB) IT team. The successful candidate combined project and product management role, responsible for managing all change across a major application or suite of applications. The RCM works in partnership with relevant roles in Customer Management (CM) and Run the Bank (RtB). RCM will be working closely with the front office, supporting the trading and clearing environment as well as managing releases to improve the delivery of software and 3rd party upgrades.
For the CAS Release Cluster specifically;
The Cross Asset Services area contains a broad diversity of technologies and processes and environments.
By its nature, CAS involves interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders both from within IT and also Front Office, Risk, Finance and Market Operations.
Requirenments:
Proven IT management capabilities. Will have led a team of between 20 and 30a nd will have had significant budgetary responsibility
Strong IT background in a FO Trading area
Proven relationship management skills. In past roles will have liaised with and been responsible for managing key FO relationships
Strong product knowledge, preferably Fixed Income and Equities, plus their derivatives.
Good educational background, qualified to 2:1 degree level or equivalent in IT/Computing or engineering discipline.
