RELEASE MANAGER Job in Dearborn 48126, Michigan US

Position Description:
The software release manager serves as a liaison between varying business and IT groups to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of software updates. This role is responsible for the all deployment and packaging of changes in the shared environments. This position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the source control repositories. This role manages, integrates and maintains in synchronous mode the various environments using code and data.

Responsibilities include:
- managing issues in AccuRev - coordinating the developers to ensure code changes are in AccuRev - running the build - delivering the build packages to HTEAM - promoting the AccuRev change packages to shared environment - ensuring the SQL Server database changes are coordinated with the J2EE Build and Deploys

Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a release manager - Multi-year Accurev experience - Automated build and test experience - Experience implementing CI - Ability to create technical documentation and troubleshoot - Experience performing functions of build/release/configuration engineer - Working knowledge of technical architectures and development phases - Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills are mandatory

Skills Preferred:
- Infrastructure Architecture knowledge - Java Development and SQL Server experience - ITIL Experience
