Job Summary Accountable for Reliability Driven Maintenance systems and programs to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness, institutionalize world-class maintenance skills and procedures, and drive reliability excellence and continuous improvement throughout the Mill. Responsibility AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Electrical DEPARTMENT. Lead Root Cause Analysis of reliability problems and investigate to determine the reliability required for the particular situation; develop, implement and continuously improve Operator Driven Reliability (ODR) programs in area of responsibility; provide technical support to maintenance personnel; propose options that reduce or eliminate maintenance tasks out of existing equipment; review all proposed engineering projects in area of responsibility Education Work Experience Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering. Three to five or more years related experience and/or training - preferably Pulp and Paper or related industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific Location Information This position is located at the Hodge, Louisiana, facility.
