Reliability Engineer Job in Gloucestershire, South West UK
Design, development and manufacturing centre for advanced electro-mechanical/hydraulic equipment for the oil/gas industry are looking to recruit an experienced reliability engineer. You will join their expanding reliability section taking a key role in implementation of improved practices from initial project development phases through to design and improved product reliability in manufacture.
You will have experience in the analysis and modelling of reliability in advanced electro-mechanical, hydraulics or electronics systems - from the design phase through to reliability within manufacture and maintenance. Skills required will include: FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Monte Carlo simulations, reliability centred maintenance (RCM), FRACAS. You you will degree qualified with experience of reliability engineering in advanced eletro-mechanical systems/equipment (e.g. within oil/gas, aerospace, rail, defence, process industries), ideally combined with a good appreciation of design principles (mechanical, systems or electronics).
