POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The role is responsible for advancing the state of the art of methodologies of Design, Reliability and manufacturability (DRM) as applied.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BS - Engineering degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Product development experience – from concept to implementation. Engineering design experience. Strong statistics background ( SPC)
Reliability engineering experience. Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) training and certification. Demonstrated ability to deliver results by facilitating teams. Aptitude to learn and apply rigorous product development methods (e.g. statistics, experimentation, simulation, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS.
Master’s Degree in Engineering. 3-5 years of Systems Engineer/Lead Engineer experience. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
