If you are striving towards future Superintendent and maintenance management roles, it is important to gain a good understanding of daily maintenance activities and planning, and all important long term reliability centred maintenance strategies.
This role will provide all the challenge and support you could come to expect from a international mining operation in expansion mode. Lead root cause failure investigations, optimise predictive and preventative actions, and write detailed procedures maintenance tasks.
Acquire and analyse vibration, thermal and oil condition data; and facilitate and manage external condition monitoring services. Reliability improvement projects will require you to prepare capital expenditure justifications and proved engineering input. And on top of all of this you will provide technical support to maintenance teams and stand-in for the Superintendent when required.
