ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS:
Own ongoing reliability strategy management, PMs, etc
"Champion" the execution and prioritization of reliability strategies
Coordinate and/or facilitate Failure Analysis Process
Maintain/own reliability risk management and mitigation plans
Contributing member of the Multi-year spending plan process
Facilitate and/or coordinate Root Cause Failure Analysis
Ensure that Turnaround Strategic plan aligns with business needs and Mechanical Integrity requirements
Drive Non-Turnaround maintenance outage strategy
Position has high visibility with plant leaders and significant opportunities for leadership advancement
 
WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED:
3+ years experience within a refining, petrochemical or other process environment.  Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
HS Diploma
 
WORK EXPERIENCE SKILLS PREFERRED:
5+ years experience as a plant engineer, reliability engineer, maintenance engineer, process engineer or project management; Root Cause Failure Analysis methods; Knowledge and experience with piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, motors, and the factors that affect the reliability of this equipment.
 
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
