Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing and controlling the business development of the Branch
- Strong focus on internal sales, personal selling and customer service of all members
- Manage the Branch in a professional and effective manner
- Manage within parameters of expense budget
- Responsible for 12 different branches
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
- Strong leadership and management skills, ability to train, develop and motivate a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation style
- Proven ability in sales and business development
