Responsibilities:

  • Planning, directing and controlling the business development of the Branch
  • Strong focus on internal sales, personal selling and customer service of all members
  • Manage the Branch in a professional and effective manner
  • Manage within parameters of expense budget
  • Responsible for 12 different branches


To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, ability to train, develop and motivate a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation style
  • Proven ability in sales and business development
