PPRUK – Professional Pharmacy Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager in the North of the country. Our client believes in providing their pharmacists with autonomy and support to run a pharmacy business as their own. Although community pharmacy is a commercial environment; our client believes in customer service, patient care and service provision being the driver for business growth.
Candidate Skills Required:
• You MUST be a General Pharmaceutical Council registered Pharmacist.
• You are professional, ethical and believe in providing outstanding patient care and customer service.
• You are an excellent communicator who is confident at networking with patients and local healthcare professionals.
• You are service-focussed and enthusiastic for the new pharmacy contract and are keen to develop and grow services.
• You must be commercially aware and keen to grow a pharmacy business.
Growth of the business has created the need for the appointment of a dedicated Relief Pharmacist to cover branches across the North West.
The branches are very well staffed with a number of dispensers who are motivated and experienced. Relations with the local GP surgeries are good and the new Pharmacy Manager will be expected to maintain and expand this rapport.
