When you join our world, as a relief manager you’ll be responsible for covering a number of branches within a specific region, giving you the opportunity to work in a range of branches from the high street to health centres.
You’ll be responsible for inspiring and leading the team whilst the branch manager is absent, helping them to continue to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll ensure the branch operates in line with laid down SOPs and Professional and Regulatory standards. You’ll also maximise service income for the pharmacy through the provision of all PCO commissioned services.
To do this you must be:
- A registered Pharmacist
MUR accredited and experienced in delivering services to customers- Committed to continual personal and professional development
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Understand the key drivers for profitability in a community based pharmacy
Mobile will ing to travel across a defined area
