This is a Relocation opportunity for hands on, people and numbers driven Kitchen Manager. We are trying to relocate a Kitchen Manager from Los Angeles to the Rancho Cucamonga, CA market. This position will require relocation!....Relocation assistance is provided!
We are in need of a seasoned Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of the heart of the house. The KM will be expected to provide constant direction and supervision to the BOH team, ensuring a high level of execution. This KM must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of continuous experience and good stability (no more than two jobs in five years).
The KM’s position is arguably the most important position in the restaurant; so if you are a High Energy manager with passion for creating great food and have a knack for developing a winning team, then this is the position for you.

Requirement Description:
· Must have great technical cooking and food preparation skills, along with strong communication skills.
· Will be responsible for achieving planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through clear direction and follow up, while enforcing high standards, along with company policy and procedures.
· Will directly supervise and oversee the performance of all the BOH team.
· Will be responsible for interviewing, training and development, reviews, disciplinary actions and or termination of team members.
· Must be ServSafe certified.
· Oversee the receipt of deliveries, inventory, stocking, storage and rotation, cleanliness of the restaurant, along with repair and maintenance.
· Must be able to create and execute an action plan.
· Must be able to meet budget and keep monthly numbers in line
· Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team and be very hands on.
