Remedy ITSM Developer / SME / Consultant required for my Banking client based in Halifax initially on a 6 month contract to aid in the migration and upgrade from Remedy and HPSM v7.0 to v8.1.
My client is looking for a range of SMEs, and will require a range across the following:
1. Environment Controller / Foundation Data specialist with experience in importing foundation data, manipulating it and moving it into a live environment
2. An MI specialist with specific reporting and dashboard experience – Business Objects and ITSM experience.
3. Application stand alone applications within the ITSM, and experience of implementing these applications into v8.x and above
4. An all round ITSM Consultant who can migrate all of the existing applications onto ITSM
