Remedy System Developer 3
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Remedy System Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The Remedy System Developer to perform duties related to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Remedy Application operations and Maintenance as well as Atrium CMDB development and enhancement in the Core Applications Services group on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* The Remedy System Developer will be a member of a team
responsible for an existing ITSM Remedy solution that manages
Missile Defense Agency (MDA) IT operations activities
maintenance of the Atrium CMDB and Asset Management platforms
data integration and import
processes into Remedy and work directly with managers and Remedy
developers within the MDIOC.

process queries and reports as requested by users and monitor
server logs to ensure that all system transactions are processed
correctly
patched and on the most current versions
servers and back-end databases and web servers
user assistance as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Systems, or related discipline and 8 years
experience in the IT field. Years of experience may
be acceptable in lieu of degree
Remedy AR System application and one year
experience with BMC/Remedy ITSM applications
(Specifically Asset Management) and Atrium CMDB
Windows Servers
communication skills
and structured change environment
obtain the certification within 60 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
CMDB 7.x, BMC/Remedy Action Request System
(ARS) 7.x, BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.x (Asset,
Service Desk, Service Level Management, Incident,
Problem, and Change Management)
managing web technologies, and MS Windows
current server and client operating systems
