Remittance Operation Manager recruitment
Your responsibilities will include :
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures and participate in UAT testing for Remittance System
- Manage daily operations including remittances, currency exchanges and cash management
- Oversee daily remittance transactions ensuring efficient and timely processing of payments
- Handle inward and outward remittances of customers ensuring all commissions and charges are properly accounted for
- Ensure compliance of guidelines and policies and investigate should there be any discrepancy
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to management
Pre-requisite
Degree holder with min 5 years of remittance experience in Banks or established remittance company
Familiar with settlement process as well as risk and compliance
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
