Siemens Healthcare Managed Services has an immediate opening for a Pharmacy Systems Analyst to evaluate semi-complex system needs of staff and operating departments to support end users at various Managed Service Hospitals, as related to the use of the Siemens Pharmacy MAK systems. This is a remote/virtual role with 50% travel required. The incumbent is responsible for understanding customer needs, researching issues, designing and delivering quality resolutions. In addition, this position will provide ongoing application issue support.
Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with user liaisons to assess departmental needs and objectives.
•Review documentation release by internal software developers and to keep apprised of changes and upcoming developments in software applications.
•Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams.
•Work with development, implements changes, test, and modifies complex internal application systems.
•Ability to complete implementations, upgrades, and Fix Kit levels with regards to Siemens Pharmacy MAK.
•Designs semi complex UDA reports or makes required enhancements.
•Performs semi complex analysis and troubleshooting for various business applications.

Position Requirements:
•Bachelors degree required, preferred concentration in computer science, information systems, or direct working experience equivalent, in addition to 1-3 years minimum related work experience in hospital setting.
•Must have advanced Siemens Pharmacy knowledge, MAK and UDA Reporting. •Experience with Siemens’ Pharmacy implementation, upgrades, and Fix Kit levels. •Experience with Pharmacy printers including Bar Code printers
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional and presentation skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivational skills and positive attitude.
•Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
•Highly self motivated and directed.
•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Very strong customer service orientation.
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Position Preferences: •Knowledge of Pharmacy peripheral systems such as Pyxis, McKesson Robot, and Siemens OpenLink interfaces would be a plus.
•Experience with Healthcare and familiarity with Project Management experience would also be a plus.
