Remuneration Services Operations Manager Job in Canberra 2600
The Role
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Remuneration Services function within Shared Services. This function is comprised of payroll, salary sacrifice and systems support. The role requires a strong service delivery ethic together with a strategic focus on systematic continuous improvement in the provision of payroll and salary sacrifice services.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, commerce or business management
- Strong communication and change management skills together with well developed problem solving, conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- Proven ability to interact and influence in a constructive style, particularly in your ability to lead and develop a strong team
- A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of payroll, reconciliation and salary sacrifice practices and procedures, including relevant legislation and human resource issues
- Experience in delivering sustained organisational change
