Renewable Energy Investment Associate/Manager recruitment
This is a great position for an aspiring associate to join a new and expanding renewable energy business, be heavily involved with investment opportunities and value creation.
The fund is independently backed and currently has funds to invest, with the intention of transforming to an IPP and holding investments for the long term, in the wind, solar, hydro and biomass sectors.
The candidate will need to have the following skills/background:
• 4+ years in an Bank, Private Equity house, Fund, or come from an Engineering/Industry background.
• Ideally someone coming from a project finance background with extensive Renewable Energy experience, (or associated sector knowledge).
• Buy/Sell-side transaction exposure - ideally European wind, biomass and/or solar projects.
• Excellent financial modelling skills (with the ability to competently build from scratch).
The candidate must be able to work in the UK and ideally will be available at short notice.
