Rent Accounting Officer
Rent Accounting Officer required on a temporary basis to support the Income management team leader in their absence.
My client is a large well established company based in the centre of Doncaster who require immediate cover to deputise the the Income team leader in their absence.
The right candidate will be responsible for promptly and accurately administering adjustments to rent accounts on the in house system, you will be ensuring all accounts are current and correct and comply with audit requirements. You will be required to take payments over the phone and chase any payments which are outstanding.
You will also be required to update and amend accounts and direct debits accordingly.
Experience within finance is essential and previous experience having worked within a similar role, processing and amending rent arrears and payments is also desirable.
